Job Summary

• The Business Development Manager will drive growth and expand our client base by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans.
• Key responsibilities include market research, client relationship management, strategy development, project management, sales and revenue generation, networking, and reporting.

Job Responsibilites

• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, acting as a primary contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Creating and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Managing projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective presentations and proposal development.
• Representing the company at industry events, building a professional network, and generating leads.
• Preparing reports on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proven 5years experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred qualifications:

• IMBA or a related field
• Experience with digital marketing and online sales strategies
• Established network within the real estate industry.
