We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male Business Development Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
  • Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed recommendations for business growth strategies.
  • Develop proposals, business plans, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to support business development initiatives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand business opportunities and enhance the company’s visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales principles, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
