Job Description

• An experienced Strategy and project executive with a background in project management functions.
• This is integral in the timely implementation of strategic initiatives, optimising business operations and ensuring the successful execution of key projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth, operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Analyse market trends, industry developments, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine strategic business objectives.

Operational Management:

• Lead the optimisation of business processes and operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the optimisation of operational policies, procedures and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Project Management:

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in strategy, project management, and other related roles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Record of driving business growth operational excellence and successful project delivery.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
