We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Person & Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki-Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Salesperson who will be responsible for generating new clients and re-engaging existing ones for our dental clinic.
  • This role also includes overseeing and managing the clinic’s social media presence.
  • The ideal candidate will combine excellent sales skills with the ability to create and execute social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Engagement:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
  • Promote the clinic’s services, highlighting special offers and new treatments to attract clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing agency to align sales initiatives with broader promotional strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to the management team.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase the clinic’s online presence and client engagement.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
  • Create compelling and relevant content that highlights the clinic’s services and builds brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media platforms to stay updated on trends, client feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Use analytics tools to track the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or service-related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts and develop successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and foster customer loyalty.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media metrics and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of dental services is a plus but not required.
