Job Title: Bookkeeper / Cashier

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our financial transactions.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage payroll processing and employee records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Residence on the Island is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
