Job Title: E-Commerce Lead

Description 

• As a leader in online sales, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce transactions, executing digital marketing strategies, and driving sales growth.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and be able to work strategically to target and engage the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to target the right audience and drive sales growth.
• Manage online transactions, product listings, and overall e-commerce operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to boost online sales and brand visibility.
• Continuously analyze market trends to improve business strategies and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all aspects of the e-commerce platform are functioning optimally.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / HND / OND in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage.

Skills:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
