Job Title: Farm Attendant

Location: Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role involves planting, cultivating, harvesting crops, tending to livestock, and maintaining farm equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Crop Management:

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed.
• Assist in irrigation and watering of crops.

Livestock Care:

• Feed and water livestock.
• Clean and maintain animal living areas.
• Assist with the care and handling of livestock.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance:

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and repair of farm buildings and facilities.
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.

General Farm Duties:

• Assist with loading and unloading of farm produce and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the farm.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Must be ready to resume immediately. (Maximum 1 week notice)
• No experience is needed
• Experience in farming or agricultural work preferred and Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Minimum SSCE or equivalent; additional training or certification in agriculture is a plus
• Knowledge of farming techniques and equipment operation
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new farming practices and technologies
• All applicants must live in or close to Shagamu and its environment.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
