Grassroots Life Saving Outreach (LESGO) is an impartial, neutral and independent Non-Governmental Organization whose mission exclusively established to promote life in underserved communities through empowering communities to know and protect lives including their environment towards ensuring safe habitation through participatory methodology. Established in Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach was established in 2010 but was incorporated in the year 2011 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). LESGO exists to partner with government and relevant agencies to promote and strengthen humanitarian law and a universal principle that seeks to honor the dignity of mankind with support and believe that Life is worth living and living well.

• Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach (LESGO) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced car hire service providers to submit bids for the provision of car hire services for the project “Provision of Coordinated Emergency Health and WaSH Response for Flood-Affected Populations in Yola South and Lamurde LGAs of Adamawa State”.

Scope of Services

• Provision of reliable and well-maintained vehicles for transportation of staff
• Availability of vehicles on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
• Provision of experienced and licensed drivers.
• Compliance with all local and national transportation regulations.

Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Cost-effectiveness
• Quality and condition of vehicles
• Experience and qualifications of the service provider
• References and past performance

Bid Submission Requirements

• Company profile including relevant experience and qualifications.
• Detailed pricing structure for daily, weekly, and monthly hire rates.
• List of available vehicles and their specifications.
• Proof of insurance and compliance with transportation regulations.
• References from previous clients.
• Expression of interest on company letterhead.

17th October, 2024; at 5:00 pm.

Interested and qualified bidders should submit their Applications (Bids) in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ITB/LESGO/0104/2024/Car-hire” and deliver to:
