Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Group General Manager (GGM), ensuring efficient operation and aiding in executing strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong innovation and problem-solving skills, excellent report-writing capabilities, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additionally, the candidate must have a disciplined background in finance-related studies, possess strong analytical skills, and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
Assist with technical tasks including data analysis, report generation, conduct research, and provide insights on technical issues relevant to Sunbeth’s operations and strategic goals,
Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives, monitor industry trends, and provide insights.
Manage the GGM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email management.
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the GGM’s schedule is followed and respected.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Assist in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Support the GGM in developing strategic initiatives and problem-solving strategies.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.
Summarize data and insights effectively for decision-making purposes.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
Create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.
Facilitate effective communication and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is prepared.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Analyze complex information and provide clear and concise summaries.
Act as a liaison between the GGM and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and review reports, speeches, presentations, and other documents as the GGM requires.
Assist in the planning and executing of projects, ensuring they align with the GGM’s goals and objectives.
Conduct research and compile data to support project decision-making.
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with personal tasks for the GGM as required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the executive office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA,CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive/technical support role, preferably supporting senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently as part of a team, think creatively, and propose new solutions.
