Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our three restaurants.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end dining establishments and the ability to adapt to a new cultural environment.
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining the financial health of the restaurant, all while delivering a world-class dining experience in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train restaurants staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Oversee restaurants operations, including reservations, service standards, and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business.
• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment that encourages repeat business.
• Oversee cash flow, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Implement cost-control strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of restaurant software
• Fine dining work experience
• End-to-End Restaurant management experience.
