Job Title: International Sales and Marketing Officer (PET Recycling Company)
The International Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the company’s PET recycling products in global markets.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and enhancing the company's brand presence worldwide.
The officer will work closely with various departments to drive sales growth and support the company’s sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in international markets.
Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare market entry strategies for new regions and products.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
Identify potential clients and develop a pipeline of business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and terms with international customers and distributors.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in target markets.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote PET recycling products internationally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s online presence and branding efforts.
Utilize digital marketing strategies to reach international audiences effectively.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for management review.
Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance data.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Support sustainability initiatives by promoting environmentally friendly practices in sales and marketing activities.
Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in international sales and marketing.
Provide training and support to team members on international sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the recycling or manufacturing sectors.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
