• Uwana Energy is dedicated to driving innovation in the energy sector by developing cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking a talented Full-stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and Next.js to join our dynamic team.
• This role requires a developer who can design and implement both client-side and server-side architecture while adhering to industry standards, privacy, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture.
• Write efficient, transparent, and well-documented code that meets industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and product owners to define, design, and implement new features in existing software solutions.
• Optimise and tune the performance of existing Next.js and Node.js applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Ensure proper adherence to privacy and security standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Next.js and Node.js development.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and Next.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and implementing data protection measures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus.
