We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers and actively seeking out new opportunities.
  • This individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing customized solutions to customers, and leading a local team to maximize market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new customer segments to expand market reach.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve collective goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering Graduate with knowledge in Plastic or Processing and application Knowledge.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the relevant Masterbatch industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of plastic processing applications (e.g., flexible packaging, woven sack, household applications, pipe/cable).
  • Strong understanding of Masterbatch market trends and product development.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
