Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment consulting firm.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
• If you are passionate about business growth and have a strong understanding of recruitment consulting.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop new client relationships, focusing on companies in need of recruitment consulting services.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Actively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking events, and online platforms.
• Sales & Business Development: Create and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals, presentations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
• Client Retention: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are met, and the recruitment process is aligned with client requirements.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and regularly report progress to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• ⁠Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment consulting firm
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and consulting services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
