Global Environmental Care is a dynamic and a fast growing FMCG company. The company is located in Anthony Village area of Lagos, they are into production of Cleaning agent like Toilet Cleaner, Dish Washer, Sanitizer, E.t.c.

Job Description

• We are seeking for dynamic and results-driven Marketers to drive the growth of our Cleaning Agent products.
• The ideal candidates will have a strong background in product marketing, sales generation, campaigns and brand awareness creation, and market research, with a focus on consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cleaning Agent products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
• Identify target markets and customer segments, and tailor the marketing activities to reach the markets and audiences effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (distributors, and retailers) to maximize repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Carry-out day to day field marketing of the company products, actively pursue new sales opportunities.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals (online, print, social media).
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in product marketing, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. o Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media). 
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Innovative, creative, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Know how to drive with a valid driver's license is a plus.
