The West Aftica Association of Customer Service Professionals - WAACSP, Africa’s No 1 Customer Service body announces the 2nd and final diet for 2024 of the ECOWAS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION in CUSTOMER SERVICE this October.
The Certification, a CS/CX professional license course for practicing CS personnel across all spheres of customer service/experience including Call Centre Reps, Customer Support, Online / Offline Service Managers, Quality Control / Assurance.. and other career persons in Administration, Management, Virtual Assistant, Office Front Desk etc.
it’s a five (5) modules certification course and upon successful completion participants are accredited as a WAACSP Certified Customer Service Professional - CCSP.
This Diet comes special as it will have two (2) introductory practical courses (with it certificate) on:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practical training.
- Virtual Assistant (VA) fundamentals training.
Aside the CCSP Certificate which will be issued in soft and hard copy versions, participants also get two (2) more certificates in soft copy for CRM and VA. With remote jobs on the rise and expected to grow geometrically in 2025 and beyond, this diet is primed to give participants an all round 360 skills and tools to compete for the increasing online/remote foreign currency paying jobs.
The ECOWAS-BCCS program is for nationals from the West Africa region and it gives holders opportunity to join the association and improve their career net worth.
