Job Title: HR / Marketing Officer

Responsibilities
Human Resources:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled dental professionals.
• Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork and continuous development.
• Handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Marketing:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO, to reach potential patients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with dental staff to create patient education materials and promotional content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
