Primed E-health is a full-service organization serving the needs of physicians, practitioners, clinics, health centers, and other healthcare providers; with an integrated line of software products designed to help simplify the business of healthcare. Founded in 2012, our health tech solutions became officially incorporated as Primed E-Health in 2021. Our activities include E-health project design, planning, and implementation, software specialization and development, E-health policy development, monitoring and evaluation, IT infrastructure specification and procurement, and teaching, training, and capacity building in health informatics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our remote team of experts from different backgrounds and locations to develop innovative health tech products to improve healthcare delivery in the Nigerian Healthcare Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering customer relations, and overseeing operational strategies to expand our market presence in the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and collaborations within the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners, showcasing Primed E-Health’s value proposition.
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve service delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification.
  • Proven track record of success in Sales and Business Development leadership roles within the Health Tech industry, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
