Location: Nigeria (with availability during Eastern Time Zone hours)

Job Description

• They are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Consultant to act as a key bridge between their clients and development teams, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring daily progress and guidance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team.
• Provide architectural leadership and propose technical solutions for complex issues.
• Be available for at least 6 hours per day during the Eastern Time Zone to coordinate with the client’s operations.

Qualifications

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 7+ years of professional software development experience and 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
