Job Overview

• We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Salon Assistant Managerto support the Salon Manager in daily operations, manage product inventory, and assist customers with their needs.
• If you are passionate about the beauty industry, have excellent communication skills, and are highly detail-oriented, we would love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Product Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of products in the store, including stock levels, product orders, and usage.
• Monitor inventory to ensure that products are always in stock and alert the Salon Manager when supplies are low.
• Assist in receiving and organizing product deliveries, labeling, and ensuring proper storage.

Customer Assistance:

• Greet and assist customers coming in for hair treatments and revamps.
• Provide basic information about salon services, products, and special offers.
• Help customers schedule appointments and coordinate with the stylist team.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Managerial Support:

• Assist the Salon Manager with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, organizing schedules, and handling correspondence.
• Ensure the salon is kept clean and presentable at all times.
• Handle any additional duties assigned by the Salon Manager to ensure smooth salon operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a salon or retail setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of hair care products and treatments is desirable.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (for scheduling and inventory tracking).
