MK Trend Limited - Our client, Giasun Technology Limited, a Fintech company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Officer / Representative

Location: Oregun Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Days: Monday - Saturdays (Saturdays and Public Holidays are paid as overtime).

Job Responsibiilties / Description

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products[Company's Loan App].
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers’ questions about the products [Company's Loan App].
• Meeting sales quotas.

Requirements

• Proximity to the office location is an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree NCE / OND / HND.
• 1 month - 2 years work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Persuasive skills
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Android phones with 4gb RAM (least). Android 6 version above is needed.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
