Job Title: Instore Sales Executive

Location: Lagos Island(Lekki Phase 1, Chevron Drive, Lekki) and Lagos Mainland(Gbagada, Ogudu, Ketu) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Drive instore sales of company products
• Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
• Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
• Process customer orders
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Offer a solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
• Encourage referrals from customers
• Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management.

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a sales representative in a fashion business
• Experience in Customer service is desirable
• Fashionable and conversant with fashion trends
• Must be proficient with internet and social media

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
