Job Description

• Our client is seeking a vibrant dynamic and visionary Managing director to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fintech or financial services, with a strong understanding of digital payment solutions, savings products, and financial inclusion.
• As MD, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring sustainable growth.
• You will work closely with the executive team, board of directors, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to our customers and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. -
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of executive leadership experience in the fintech or financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital payments, savings products, financial inclusion, and the regulatory environment in the financial services sector.
