Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage strategic relationships within the Banking and Finance sector.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales, key account management, and a proven track record of engaging with high-level stakeholders.
This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue, while ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services to clients in the Banking and Finance industry.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the Banking and Finance sector, ensuring long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the Company’s healthcare services.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, engaging with senior decision-makers and understanding their needs to offer tailored healthcare solutions.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and organizational goals.
Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Clinical, and Marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client challenges.
Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific healthcare needs of the Banking and Finance sector to identify business opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, client feedback, and service delivery metrics.
Client Engagement & Loyalty: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster retention and generate additional business opportunities.
Requirements
5-7 years in sales, key account management, or business development, with a preference for experience in healthcare services or the Banking and Finance sector.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and client needs, providing strategic insights to guide business decisions.
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification is an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Banking and Finance sector, particularly its healthcare needs and challenges.
Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
