Job Title: Operations Lead

Job Brief

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized operations lead to oversee our small and growing FMCG organization’s operations and ensure smooth functioning of all department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety through compliance with safety standards as issued by company safety committees
• Manage inventory, stock levels and merchandise replenishment cycle
• Maintain high standards of service and merchandise display
• Work with customers and branch operations staff to schedule services within contract requirements and customer expectations
• Generate and review all customer required reports
• Ensure all customer data is correctly entered into company systems
• Manage materials, packaging, and raw materials such that all materials are available to meet scheduling requirements on a timely basis
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, or quality system and recommend or provide solutions to correct any deficiencies
• Control further processing or delivery of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
• Work closely with Finance to ensure compliance and understanding of profit and loss of operations
• Partner with QC for compliance with food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliances
• Foster an environment that embraces continuous process improvement of the facility, processes, and personnel
• Strive for a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ensure prompt maintenance of office equipment, vehicles and tools.
• Coordinate with Human Resource team to ensure employee performance reviews are conducted, reflecting accurate goals and performance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, including routings, capacity, work orders, inventory control, and shop floor control.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and process management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, and thorough desire for continuous improvement
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
