Siperco Plastic Manufacturing company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Quality Control Inspector

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assuring efficient use of materials.
• Hourly Inspection on products at various stages to ensure quality standards are met.
• Review production samples and compare them against specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, internal quality control procedures and customer’s specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and submit daily quality control reports and report any damages or discrepancies in the department to the Quality Control Manager.

Qualifications and Competencies

• HND / BSc in Industrial Chemistry and its equivalent.
• 1 - 2 Experience as an Online Quality Control inspector, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using quality measurement devices.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems (ISO, etc.).
• Age: 25 - 40 years.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
