We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Personnel with a focus on Content Writing, Copywriting, SEO, and Email Marketing to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content, optimizing it for search engines, crafting persuasive copy, and managing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive business growth.
You will collaborate with our marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing strategies across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing:
Develop engaging, informative, and high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials
Research industry trends, target audience needs, and competitors to inform content strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports product launches, events, and promotions
Copywriting:
Craft compelling, persuasive, and clear copy for websites, landing pages, social media, and advertisements
Develop messaging that resonates with different audience segments, driving conversions and engagement
Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
SEO Optimization:
Perform keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal linking
Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and adjust strategies based on data insights
Email Marketing:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, from content creation to distribution and performance analysis
Develop targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and engage customers
Manage and segment email lists to ensure effective targeting and personalization
Monitor email marketing KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize campaigns for better performance
General Marketing Duties:
Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and other team members to produce cohesive marketing materials
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, including changes in search algorithms, email marketing tools, and content marketing strategies
Analyze marketing performance and provide reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
Assist in managing the company’s social media presence by writing posts and engaging with followers
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content writing, copywriting, SEO, and email marketing
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns)
Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email automation tools
Ability to create compelling, customer-focused content that drives engagement and conversions
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, audience targeting, and lead-generation strategies
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and UX writing
Familiarity with social media management and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus
