Job Description

• Work closely with project manager and the design team to develop innovative and functional architectural designs.
• Stay updated with the state building codes, regulations, and zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with other team members including contractors and consultants to integrate design requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site visit to monitor construction progress and address design modification when needed.
• Work hand-in-hand with other professionals to understand project requirements and make sure the construction is in line with the architectural design.
• Specifying the construction materials to be used for each project.
