We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Marketer and Lead Generator to spearhead our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and support business growth.

Job Summary

• The Executive Marketer and Lead Generator will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and promote our brand. This role requires an individual with strong leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to drive lead generation and increase sales.
• Identify new business opportunities through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Manage and nurture leads through effective CRM strategies and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and target audiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead a marketing team to achieve organizational objectives and meet KPIs.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
