Job Title: Admin Officer - Factory

Reports to: Factory Manager/Operations Manager
Department: Administration and Inventory Control

Job Summary

• Manage administrative tasks, oversee inventory control, and ensure seamless operations in the factory.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Manage correspondence, phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, book flights, and hotels for staff.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies, order materials, and manage inventory.

Inventory Control:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, track stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts, identify discrepancies.
• Implement inventory management systems, optimize storage.
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting, compliance with regulations.

Factory Operations:

• Supervise factory staff, ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow.
• Liaise with suppliers, manage logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in admin and inventory control roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, inventory management software.
• Residence in Magboro and its environs.

Desirable Qualities:

• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, CILT).
• Experience in manufacturing or factory settings.
• Knowledge of local regulations, laws.

Residence Requirement:

• Must reside in Marlboro and its environs.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
