We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Finance & Accounts Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
Managing income and expenditure accounts.
Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
Initiating, engaging and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Generating periodic reports for tenants on diesel deposit.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Identifying loopholes and recommending strategies to close same.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Computing taxes.
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Creating unique portfolios for all Company investments and monitoring same.
Preparing cost analysis of each investment portfolio and present periodic update on the business performance to the principals.
Develop and accountability template for each of the investment portfolios for the benefit of investors/principals.
Pay attention to details.
Integrity, trustworthiness and loyalty.
Carry out other duties as may be assigned by Management.
