Clayhall Properties Limited is a facility management company, a Real Estate retail business and luxury apartment letting located in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Coordinating Facility Manager and Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Role

• Support Lead Coordinating FM for efficient service delivery of Facility Management Company.
• Coordinate maintenance work, enforcing tenancy, and preparing performance reports.
• Deploying technical skills as an oversight function of all construction sites /refurbishment works.
• Reports to Lead, Coordinating FM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Supervise scheduled maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building maintenance equipment.
• Deploying technical skills in reviewing contractors’ recommendations on refurbishment proposals.
• Oversee all construction sites to get regular updates on activities and make recommendations where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and recommend strategies and probable solutions to facility issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and assist with energy management.
• Maintain communication with contractors, clients, and FM Company.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Oversee review of utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
• Supervise all facilities and external contractors.
• Ensure insurance plans and service contracts are up-to-date.
• Mitigate wastage, minimize cost, and increase revenue for the business.
• Generate income streams for the business.
• Keep financial and non-financial records.
• Develop and coordinate processes and procedures for facility management activities.
• Develop reporting templates for daily, weekly, and monthly on staff and facility maintenance activities.
• Liaise with FM Company facility managers for updates on maintenance activities.
• Enshrine and enforce safety procedures.
• Conduct FM Company appraisal and make necessary recommendations.
• Inspecting property conditions and overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
• Supervising and reporting activities of FM Company on all property locations.
• Carry out any other assignment as may be delegated or instructed by management and or the board.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4 - 8 years work experience.
