Ifgreen Industries & Investment Ltd is an integrated agro-allied processing company that produces FMCG staple food products of cassava derivatives such as IfgreenVita flour, Fufu flour, and Garri. IFGREEN also processes cassava into industrial raw materials like HQCF (High-Quality Cassava Flour) and Food-Grade Starch.HQCF andPremium Quality Food-Grade Starchare raw materials for breweries, bakeries, beverage industries, paper manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of adhesives, textile manufacturing companies, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for Production Supervisor whose duties include but not limited to overseeing daily routine production activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Including (but not limited to) the following tasks:

• Supporting the Production Manager and covering for them ad hoc
• Training and mentoring new production team members
• Supervising and overseeing the production team, including assigning and delegating tasks as appropriate
• Ensuring that production processes are in line with company
• Adapting project workflow confidently and decisively when necessary
• Communicating expectations to production team members
• Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
• Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
• Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Agricultural Science or others
• A minimum of 2-5 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing organization
• Knowledge of production supervisor inmanufacturing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
