Nutri K Limited is a subsidiary of Nutriset Group which was established to provide technical support in the specialized manufacturing, commercialization and distribution process of ready to-use food for the treatment and prevention of malnutrition in Nigeria.

The company specialized in manufacturing nutritional food used for the care of children affected by malnutrition. NUTRIK supplies humanitarian and health programmes with high quality ready-to-use-therapeutic and supplementary food (RUTF, RUSF), as well as lipid-based nutrient supplements (LNS).
The Medical Nutrition Business Developer will recognize and pursue new business opportunities in the medical nutrition market, primarily within hospitals.
Responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying upselling prospects, and developing strategies to meet business goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research:
Identify and develop new business opportunities (new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services) that come up in new and existing markets through market research and competitive analysis.
Identify, map and match business strengths to the needs of clients.
Business growth:
Evaluate current sales performance to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth and margins for the company.
Focus on increasing the client base and winning new hospital business.
Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities.
Customer relationship management:
Build, develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients and help them navigate company products or services.
Develop strategies to attract new customers and engage existing ones.
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and support.
Communication:
Preparing and delivering presentations of our products, value propositions and competitive advantage to prospective clients.
Attending events such as exhibitions, industry events and scientific/medical conferences.
Stakeholder management:
Identify, organize, monitor and improve relationships with key stakeholders.
Define and implement various tasks to engage stakeholders.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Work experience: Minimum 5 years experience working in the Medical/ Healthcare Industry.
Language skills: English
Experience in selling to hospitals is highly desirable.
Other required skills:
Strong commercial, strategic and business development acumen gained through relevant work experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager.
Client-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to negotiate and strong conflict resolution capabilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking with strong skills in analysing data, market trends, and business needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with value-based selling confidence
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline
Ability to work in a transversal and cross-functional environment.
Travel within the country as required to assess prospects and connect with customers.
