Job Description

• We are looking for a strategic and innovative Product Manager to join our tech startup.
• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a solid background in the tech industry.
• You will play a crucial role in defining and delivering our product vision, working cross-functionally to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new features and products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer pain points.
• Prioritize product features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical constraints.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Track product performance and gather user feedback to inform future development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech startup or related industry.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
