Job Title: Business Strategist (Female)

Job Overview
The Business Strategist will be responsible for preparing comprehensive business decks and presentations tailored for potential investors and funding opportunities.
You will also conduct in-depth research on business expansion opportunities, including market trends and funding sources.
The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to support business growth and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Business Decks: Create compelling and investor-ready business presentations and funding proposals that highlight the company's strengths, growth potential, and financial forecasts.
Market & Business Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market opportunities, competitors, and potential funding sources to support strategic decisions.
Funding & Expansion Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential business funding options, including venture capital, private equity, grants, and other investment sources.
Financial Analysis: Work closely with the finance team to develop basic financial models, forecasts, and strategies that align with the company’s goals and ensure readiness for funding.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term business strategies that drive expansion and growth.
Report Preparation: Produce detailed reports on funding opportunities, business growth potential, and strategic initiatives to be presented to the leadership team.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate business strategies, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business strategy, business development, consulting, or a similar role.
Proven experience in preparing successful business presentations and funding decks.
Experience in working with startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and funding avenues.
Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough and analytical research, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and interpret complex data.
Basic Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with financial statements, budgeting, and financial projections to assist in building business models and forecasts.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating presentations, business decks, and reports.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a solutions-driven approach to business challenges.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and business partners.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both research and presentation development.
