Job Summary

• We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager.
• The ideal candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of staff.
• Candidates must live close to Jabi for ease of commute.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain smooth operations and excellent service.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, and ensure cost control and waste reduction.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of the food and beverage department.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues in a timely manner.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and increase revenue, including promotions and special events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Regularly assess and improve operational processes and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service, menu planning, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must live in or close to Jabi for easy commute.
