Ecommerce Logistics & Operation Officer (Online Retail) at Best Service Raya

Raya Distribution Nigeria is a company that operates in the distribution and Retail sectors, providing a range of services such as distribution, Retail, After Sales and logistics solutions. They are part of the larger Raya Holding for Financial Investments, which is based in Egypt and operates in multiple sectors including information technology, consumer electronics, and logistics.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ecommerce Logistics & Operation Officer (Online Retail)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Duties

• Directing and coordinating the full online order cycle
• Oversee all incoming deliveries to the warehouse and ensure accurate documentation is done.
• Manage the relationship between company and her 3PL partners.
• Ensure policies and administrative process for 3PLs are enforced.
• Prepare scorecards and share periodically with 3PL partners for performance appraisals.
• Review 3PL process and performance periodically.
• Manage riders (supervise and ensure they adhere to company policies and standards).
• Track, receive and store all products.
• Oversee all aspects of online shipping processes including documentation
• Execute a sound, timely online logistic plan for the delivery of products and parcels on schedule
• Submit reports as determined by E-commerce manager.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / HND
• At least 3 years cognate experience in Online Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is mandatory.
• Prospective candidate must have previous work experience from an e-commerce company or a retail industry
• Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and confident.
