Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team focused on excellence.
• Oversee factory and central kitchen operations, including inventory and supply chain logistics.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure all outlets adhere to brand standards for a consistent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, health, and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and manage new product roll-outs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational success.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across operations.
• Analyze operational metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Report operational performance to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 4-5 years of experience in operations management within a complex organization.
• Proven track record of success in leading operational functions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams.
• Solid accounting and analytical skills for financial oversight.
• Creative problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
