Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers through digital marketing channels, partnerships, and offline initiatives.
Growth Experimentation: Design and run growth experiments to test hypotheses, iterating based on data to identify scalable acquisition channels.
Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition costs.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials that resonate with our target audience and drive inbound leads.
Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential partners in the automobile and insurance sectors to create mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Customer Journey Optimization: Work closely with product and tech teams to enhance the customer experience, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a growth marketing role, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement.
Experience in the automobile or insurance sector is highly desirable.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
Creativity:
Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to challenging growth problems.
Communication:
