Job Title: Process Manager

Location: Lagos

Potion Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Manager with an eye for detail and a strategic mindset who will be responsible for overseeing and improving our company's operational processes.
• In this position, you will analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• You will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams and develop strategies to optimize workflow.
• You should be able to prepare and present a detailed report of all business processes with Senior Management. While conducting daily operations, you will be responsible for adhering to the safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process and also improvement on existing processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Manage process documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Train employees on new processes and procedures
• Monitor and measure process performance and report on progress
• Identify and mitigate process risks and issues
• Lead process improvement projects from start to finish

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a process manager.
• Proven work experience as a Process Manager or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in project management is a plus
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software
