Job Overview
The Head of Sales and Marketing will work with our client, a luxury real estate andproperties company in Abuja.
He/she is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to position the company as a leading player in the Abuja real estate market.
This role focuses on the sale of high-end realty structures,ensuring that targets are met or exceeded through innovative marketing campaigns, relationship management, and effective sales strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
Create a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the luxury real estate segment in Abuja, focusing on high worth properties.
Develop pricing models and sales forecasts to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the luxury realty market.
Identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Marketing Campaigns and Lead Generation:
Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate buyers.
Collaborate with external marketing agencies to produce premium content, including property showcases, virtual tours, and exclusive events.
Work with the Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager to leverage online platforms (social media, Google Ads, real estate portals) to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, real estate agents, financial institutions, and high-profile clients.
Develop a client engagement plan that includes personalized follow-ups, property presentations, and VIP showings.
Manage client feedback, ensuring an exceptional buying experience from initial contact through property acquisition.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead the sales and marketing team, providing clear objectives, performance targets, and continuous training to ensure peak performance.
Collaborate closely with the real estate development and operations teams to align marketing strategies with available inventory and new projects.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales targets, providing mentorship and support to enhance individual contributions.
Branding and Positioning:
Develop and maintain a strong, premium brand image for the brand within the Abuja luxury real estate market.
Ensure all marketing materials, messaging, and client interactions are aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Position the company at relevant industry events, real estate expos, and networking gatherings to boost brand visibility.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales metrics and generate reports on sales activity, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and senior leadership on sales progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies for improved results.
Innovative Sales Approaches:
Develop unique selling propositions (USPs) that differentiate the companyfrom competitors.
Identify new sales channels and untapped market segments for luxury real estate in Abuja.
Implement cutting-edge technology solutions such as CRM systems and AI-based marketing tools to enhance the sales process.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred).
Certifications in real estate marketing, digital marketing, or luxury sales are an advantage.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of the Abuja luxury real estate market and client base.
Deep understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and lead generation tactics tailored to high-end properties.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role in luxury real estate or a related field.
Proven track record in selling high-end properties or luxury goods, preferably in Abuja.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including negotiation and persuasion.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and property sales platforms.

Benefits
Salary: N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
Commision on each succesfull sale.
