Osibogun & Partners, a reputable Law firm located at Ikeja, established and registered to do business as a multi-practice commercial, insolvency, recovery and litigation firm in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager / Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our social media presence, creating captivating content, and engaging with our audience across all platforms.
  • You will also be required to utilize your graphic design skills to produce eye-catching visuals that align with our brand and message.
  • This role is crucial to increasing our brand's visibility, driving traffic to our online platforms, and ensuring that our social media content remains relevant, timely, and impactful.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the executive team.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and development programs.
  • Assist with managing social media presence and branding activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance our online presence.

Content Creation:

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality written and visual content that drives engagement and boosts readership.

Graphic Design:

  • Use design tools to produce graphics, infographics, and multimedia content that align with our editorial vision.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and encourage meaningful conversations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
  • Proven Experience in managing social media accounts for a business organization.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Graphic Design Skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc.
  • Strong Writing Skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Trends and ability to adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analytical Skills with experience in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Creative and Innovative mindset with attention to detail.
  • A strong team player who can work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Ability to multi task and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.:
  • Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
