Job Title: Member Experience Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a customer-focused and solutions-driven individual to join our team as a Member Experience Officer to support our customers via phone calls, emails and chats by answering their questions and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to customers inquiries via Calls/ WhatsApp Messages and emails
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely & professional manner
• Process customers transactions
• Provide products/service information and solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and database
• Balance Enquiry/Account Statement processing
• General Enquiry handling
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Assigning/Redirecting of task/request received via phone calls, WhatsApp, Email and Task Planner to responsible staff/dept.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, Finance or any related field.
• Experience: Work Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
