Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Alaguntan - Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff as they enter the hospital.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct department or individual
•  
• Ensure the waiting area is welcoming, clean, and organized.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling.

Requirements

• Qualification: OND
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a healthcare setting.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
