We are leading Nigerian manufacturers and suppliers of a range of Ice Block Making Machine, Cold room, Blast Freezer, Display Chiller Fridge, Industrial Ovens, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners, among other domestic and industrial heat transfer equipment. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (Performance Management & Learning and Development)

Location: Ifo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate and implement every training need(s) of all the staff.
• Super head the appraisal of staff and advise the management on the promotion of all staff.
• Have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to assist in devising and implementing policies that support them.
• Assist in writing and developing job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts
• Assist in manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful ones.
• Work with your line manager in appointing, developing and retaining the right staff.
• Spearhead Performance Metrics Implementation by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for work planning processes.
• Development programs that enhance employee relations.
• Carry out strategy and planning activities and develop strategies to meet immediate and long-term staff requirements.
• Assist in implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
• Interpret and advise on Nigerian Labour law.
• Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and super head the training and development program.
