We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (Male)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Male Personal Assistant between the age 22-26 to support a senior executive in our Lagos office.
  • The ideal candidate must reside on the Island, should be fluent in Hausa and posses strong administrative skills to manage the executive’s daily tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior executive.
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for meetings and decision-making.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Hausa and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
