Role Overview

Alpha Global is launching operations in Nigeria, and we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to lead our Lagos office.
The Project Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, focusing on recruitment activities, team leadership, and ensuring seamless communication with our headquarters in the Netherlands.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a natural aptitude for problem-solving and strategic planning, and a strong drive to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Recruitment Operations: Oversee the recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination between Lagos and the Netherlands offices.
Project Management: Ensure all recruitment projects meet timelines, from sourcing to post-placement support, while managing resources efficiently.
Team Leadership: Lead the administrative assistant and future staff, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Client & Candidate Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both Dutch employers and Nigerian candidates, acting as the main point of contact for operational issues.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment and visa processes comply with Nigerian and Dutch regulations, managing documentation and legal requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, project timelines, and operational efficiency for the senior management team.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must demonstrate high potential, a sharp analytical mind, and a strong problem-solving ability.
Experience in data analysis, project management, or recruitment is a plus.

Strong understanding of project management principles, able to organize recruitment timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage resources efficiently.
Analytical & Mathematical Skills:
Exceptional ability to work with data, analyze recruitment KPIs, and develop insights to optimize processes.
Comfortable working with large datasets, performance metrics, and financial forecasting using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or advanced analytics tools.

Legal & Compliance Knowledge:
General knowledge of labor laws in Nigeria and understanding of Dutch labor and immigration regulations.
Manage all aspects of visa applications and documentation while ensuring full compliance.

Proficient in leveraging technology and digital platforms for managing recruitment operations.
