Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Work with the HR Executive to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects
• Handle employee relations, address grievances and promote a positive work culture
• Handle Talent acquisition
• Assists HR Executive with various special projects (wellness initiative, reward, recognition, compensation etc)
• Manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance and credible reward system
• Continually educate employees on company policies
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
• Actively involved in identifying ways to improve service delivery and strengthen workforce capability towards overall improvement of the business.
• Maintain an up-to-date human resource information database
• Prepare HR Annual report
• Carry out monthly review of site/departmental resources to ensure resource optimization
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
