We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the Executive Directorand internal/external clients
• Manage daily To-Do list of Executive Director
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations, proposals, invoice and briefs

Qualifications

• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Degree in any course.
• First Class and a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Personal assistant is required.
• Must look presentable

Skills and Competency:

• Ability to research
• Must be highly intelligent
• Work with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills, including good knowledge of social media.
• Good oral and written communication.
